Refund policy

1) EU/EEA/UK consumer right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer (buying outside your trade/business) and you place an order online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Withdrawal period:
- 14 days from the day you (or a person you nominate) receive(s) the goods.
- For multiple items delivered separately: 14 days from the last item received.

How to withdraw:
Send us a clear statement by email to support@rebelstudiobrand.com before the deadline (you may use the model form below, but it is not required).

Return shipping deadline:
After you notify us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

2) Return conditions (to protect product value)
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. If you handle the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value (e.g., worn/washed items, missing tags, stains, odours, damage).

Please return items:
- clean and in resalable condition (where reasonably possible),
- with original labels/tags attached, and
- with all accessories and original packaging (if applicable).

3) Return shipping costs and method
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returns must be sent with a trackable service. Do not send returns cash-on-delivery.

4) Refund timing and method
If you validly withdraw, we refund:
- the price paid for the goods, and
- the cost of standard delivery (if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the standard delivery cost).

We will process the refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back (whichever is earlier). Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

5) When the 14-day withdrawal right does NOT apply (common exceptions)
The right of withdrawal may not apply in particular cases, including:
- made-to-order or personalised items (e.g., custom prints, custom sizing, bespoke products),
- sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., certain underwear/earrings if sealed and then unsealed),
- other exceptions where allowed by applicable mandatory law.

Where an exception applies, it will be stated on the product page and/or at checkout.

6) Defective or non-conforming goods (separate from withdrawal)
If an item is defective or not as described, contact us at [insert support email] with your order number and photos. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.
