2) Scope and acceptance
By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy & Cookies Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
3) Consumers vs business customers
If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws may apply and cannot be excluded by these Terms. If you purchase for business purposes, different rules may apply.
4) Products and information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images and pricing accurate. Minor variations (e.g., colour differences due to screens, small production variations) may occur.
5) Ordering and contract formation
Placing items in a cart does not reserve stock. Your order is an offer to buy. The sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance (typically by order confirmation/shipping confirmation email).
We may refuse or cancel an order for objective reasons, including suspected fraud/abuse, inability to deliver, or obvious pricing/technical errors. If we cancel after payment, we will refund paid amounts promptly.
6) Prices, VAT and cross-border sales (EU and international)
Prices are shown in EUR and are displayed at checkout before you place your order. VAT handling depends on our VAT status and the destination country:
For EU cross-border B2C sales, VAT may be charged according to applicable EU rules (including OSS schemes where relevant).
For deliveries outside the EU, you may need to pay import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees; these are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
Choice of law:
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are an EU consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
7) Payment
We offer payment methods shown at checkout through payment service providers. Providers may apply security checks. We do not store full card details.
8) Delivery
Delivery options, costs, and estimated times are in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you upon physical delivery to you (or your nominated recipient). If the carrier loses the parcel before delivery, contact us so we can assist.
9) 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumer distance sales)
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw as described in our Return & Refund Policy, including lawful exceptions (e.g., personalised items; sealed hygiene items once unsealed).
10) Defective / non-conforming goods (statutory rights)
If goods are defective or not in conformity, you may have statutory remedies (e.g., repair, replacement, price reduction or termination) under applicable law. These rights cannot be waived by our Terms. Contact support at [insert support email].
11) Acceptable use and misuse
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt fraud, or interfere with security. We may restrict access or cancel orders where reasonably necessary to prevent harm.
12) Intellectual property
All website content (text, images, branding) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without permission.
13) Liability (within mandatory law limits)
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profit). Our total liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
14) Complaints and ADR (and ODR note)
If you have a complaint, contact us first at [insert support email]. Where applicable, you may also use consumer ADR options in Bulgaria (KZP channels/commissions). The former EU ODR platform has been discontinued, so we do not rely on it for dispute resolution.
15) Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows when changes take effect.
