1) Where we ship
We primarily ship to EU countries and may offer international shipping where available at checkout.
2) Processing time

6) Customs, duties and import taxes (non-EU deliveries)
For deliveries outside the EU, you are responsible for import VAT, customs duties, and any carrier handling fees unless we explicitly state otherwise. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid import charges and returned to us, we may deduct return shipping and any fees from any refund.
7) Incorrect address / failed delivery / unclaimed parcels
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may charge the cost of re-shipping and/or deduct shipping/return costs from any refund.
8) Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at support@rebelstudiobrand.com
